When you spend months training for a race like the Muskoka 70.3, you want to make sure that you show up at the start line with your A game ready to go on race day.

Our team will be located  in the Ironman 70.3 Muskoka race expo on Friday night and Saturday all day, so come and #letusreactivateyou. 

Depending on your treatment needs, your session may be with either with one of our:

• Massage Therapists,

• Chiropractors, or

• Physiotherapists.

Our therapists will be onsite providing services including:

• Soft tissue manual ,

• Active assisted stretching,

• Joint adjustments and mobilization,

• Taping with our partner RockTape, or

• Acupuncture (with or without stimulation)

Put any treatment notes in your appointment description so we can help to ensure that you have the right therapist treating you. You can book in 15 minute blocks of time. So, you can book a 15 minute or 30 minute appointment with one of our therapists.
