If you are unable to make your appointment time, we do require **24 hour notice** so we can offer the appointment time to somebody else who is waiting. If 24 hours notice is not provided, the practitioner reserves the right to charge a missed appointment fee of 50% of the original appointment cost.

We are a private clinic and can not bill personal extended health care benefit plans. Upon payment for your services, we will provide you with a detailed receipt for you to submit to your benefit plan.

Sport and exercise medicine consultation
Consultations and Follow Up visits are covered through OHIP for residents of Ontario with a valid Ontario health card or provincial equivalent from the other provinces.
Clients from all provinces require a referral from a physician or nurse practitioner in order for their consultation to be covered by OHIP.
Clients from Quebec will be asked to pay the consultation fee and then they will be reimbursed by the PQ government.
Visitors and residents without a valid Ontario health card, consultations are $375 for a 45 minute consultation
Patients who miss appointments without providing us with 48 hours notice, and have received confirmation of the cancellation, will be charged a $150 missed appointment fee.
