It is not how much you challenge your body at one particular time. It is how you challenge your body again and again, with consistency and progression that will result in fitness and strength gains over time. Are you ready for this?

summer break announcement

Our Strength and Conditioning program is taking a brief hiatus after May 6th. Stay tuned and check back in the fall for an exciting all-new program designed to elevate your fitness journey to new heights. We're gearing up to bring you an even more dynamic and results-driven experience. Get ready to unleash your full potential with us!

who is this suitable for?

We will be offering small group training for adults over the age of 18 who are wanting

  1. to get fit,

  2. improve their overall strength and power,

  3. to have fun and to challenge themselves

We work with adults from all different levels of fitness and work to develop workouts and programs that can best fit the individual needs of the participants.

Taking advantage of Reactivate’s spacious 2100sqft new open gym facility, our programs incorporate strength training, speed, power and agility work, and mobility work to produce well-rounded, functional, and injury resilient participants.

We make it as much fun as it is challenging for our participants.

You will leave sweaty, tired, and still asking for more.

what are the sessions like?

Given the large footprint of the open gym at Reactivate Muskoka, our strength and conditioning specialists have designed sessions to be carried out in a socially responsible and distant manner, and will be accommodating groups of 8 to 12 individuals to train together for a multi-week training block.

The sessions are designed to be as challenging as they are fun and confidence boosting. The focus will be on lateral stability, core strengthening, power and strength, agility, and explosive power.
